THE CHALLENGEFollowing eBay's takeover of China Eachnet, they approached us to provide a complete design, production and delivery program for corporate gifts notifying all existing premier clients across China of the takeover and Eachnet's subsequent re-branding. This process had to occur within a designated timeframe to ensure that all clients were individually and promptly notified by mail and that each client received a gift from eBay. THE SOLUTIONOnce Eachnet's existing clients and their locations had been identified, we created a custom-made "Crystal Diamond", complete with gift packaging, which were to be used for the announcement and delivered to their clients across China. Working very closely with eBay's nominated team we created a staged manufacturing and delivery program to fit within eBay's designated time frames. THE RESULTWe successfully provided eBay with a complete manufacturing and logistics service of unique products in which over 4500 gift-boxed items were delivered to all of Eachnet's premier clients. This included a strategically staged courier delivery service to all corners of China, all made within budget and on schedule. |
