THE CHALLENGEBright Icon was appointed to supply the Oliver Hume Real Estate Group in Melbourne with products for their annual dinner to be held in Melbourne in 2006. The awards had to individual made and with a variety of names and years to be engraved on each product to be awarded to individual members for recognition of either outstanding service or time serviced with the company. The company needed to display the value it placed with all employees and we had to reflect this with each product awarded. THE SOLUTIONAfter consultation and brief with the Bright Icon's design team and key appointed members of Oliver Hume we proposed a variety of Premium Optical Crystal ranging in a variety of shapes and sizes with each employees “Years of Service” and “Individual Achievements” engraved on the awards. This displayed a sense of worth that the company placed on their valued employees and what they had achieved over the years. THE RESULTWe successfully delivered over 200 awards in premium packaging and individual engraving on each award displaying their achievements. Each award now stands with a sense of pride in the individual’s office or workplace.
