Overview

One of the largest areas of growth in promotional products management has been the development of on-line company stores. More and more companies are realizing the benefits of enabling 24/7 access through the internet to their line of branded merchandise and are turning to experienced promotional merchandise companies to deliver this service.

The (COMS) platform provides operational efficiencies in supply chain management, greater control over quality and branding, and improved marketing coverage.

Inventory Control

The Customer Online Merchandise System (COMS) platform provides clients with monthly reports on stock levels and controls a client's expenditure on performing or non performing products. These reports can also be sent out to individual branches for payment purposes.

All stock levels are registered and adjusted the minute an order has been made and confirmed online - this allows management the ease to see exactly what sales have been made 24/7.

Invoicing / Purchase Orders

The (COMS) platform allows individual clients who have the authorization codes to follow four simple steps when ordering online then enables a print out a "Purchase Order" displaying freight charges and total unit costs combined on one single form.

This allows individual branches to then print and fax through to a central nominated location for processing.

Without the nominated person's authorization signature, no order is processed until the signature is registered. This process controls maverick expenditure from individuals and other unauthorized personnel.

Security

Our (COMS) platform allows multiple branches / outlets to securely login to a dedicated home page using allocated user name and passwords of nominated personnel from management to access the site.

Because there are no direct payments made online only a Purchase Order is printed out and then invoices are sent out based on the orders for that month.
