Sourcing & Logistics

Bright Icon has a dedicated team of professional and qualified merchandisers that are constantly looking for new and innovative products for clients.

From a clients initial enquiry to carrying out sampling to final delivery, clients are given a single point of contact with whom they can work with to greatly reduce sourcing costs while maintaining or raising quality expectations for clients.

We assist clients with all facets of shipping and a logistic service to ensure the most cost effective form of freight is achieved. Our alliance with different freight forwarding companies allows container consolidation services to maximize the shipping expectations of our clients.

We deal daily with LCL's / full container loads with direct lines of communications with shipping agents with our logistics divisions, this provides clients with the peace of mind that we can handle on avenues of freight forwarding.

Bright Icon has the capacity to facilitate the process in Shanghai and will be appointing bilingual "Key Account" managers to clients to ensure products are delivered on time and within set budgets.

We also offer Pick & Pack services based on each client's needs when are where needed and carry out factory due diligence reports on behalf of clients.
